Our Team

Eli Sethre

President

Eli Sethre was appointed President of Elite in 2026, where he leads the organization’s strategic direction and oversees day-to-day operations. In this role, Sethre focuses on strengthening operational performance, aligning resources, and advancing initiatives that position Elite for sustained growth and long-term success.

Prior to his appointment, Sethre served as Chief Financial Officer of Elite’s parent company, Channel, joining the leadership team in 2016. During his tenure, he played a key role in guiding financial strategy, supporting organizational expansion, and building the operational discipline that helped position the broader organization for continued growth.

Before joining Channel, Sethre was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of aFundia, a data analytics and modeling firm he established in 2014. Earlier in his career, he held multiple senior leadership roles at CAN Capital across Sales and Marketing, Finance and Business Planning, and Risk Analytics. In these positions, he was responsible for risk management, portfolio performance, scoring model development, and annual budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial and operational objectives were met.

Sethre graduated magna cum laude from Kennesaw State University, earning a BBA in Economics and recognition as the 2004 University Scholar in Economics.

Chris Cainion

Managing Director

Chris Cainion was appointed Managing Director of Elie, where he leads underwriting, operations, and sales functions with strategic initiatives to drive meaningful business results. Prior to his appointment, Cainion joined the company in 2021 and most recently served as Vice President of Sales. 

He focuses on strengthening credit performance, advancing operational efficiency, and guiding cross-functional teams to support sustainable growth. Drawing on deep experience across sales management, underwriting, and risk disciplines, he brings a balanced operational perspective that enables disciplined decision-making and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with partners and internal teams.

Prior to joining Elite, Cainion spent seven years at CAN Capital in a variety of sales management and collections leadership roles, where he helped drive portfolio performance and strengthen organizational processes. He brings experience from the credit card processing industry, having held key roles at WorldPay, Priority Payment Systems, and First Data.

Kaitlyn Kasprzak

Vice President of Sales

Kaitlyn Kasprzak joined Elite in 2024 as Vice President of Sales, bringing more than a decade of experience across sales, working capital, and operational leadership. Her diverse background and ability to adapt across functions have positioned her as a strong leader in driving partner growth and strengthening Elite’s market presence.

In her role, Kasprzak focuses on expanding production through partner onboarding, engagement, and targeted prospecting. She leads efforts to support the successful launch of new products and promotions, ensuring both internal teams and external partners are aligned for smooth implementation. Her combination of strategic focus, relationship-building skills, and operational understanding enables her to strengthen Elite’s network and advance key revenue-driving initiatives.

Before joining Elite, she spent several years at Lendio in sales leadership roles where she grew her expertise in partnership management while building and managing high-performing teams.

Jessica Brown

Senior Underwriting Manager – Strategy & Process Enablement

Jessica Brown joined Elite in 2021 and currently serves as Senior Underwriting Manager – Strategy & Process Enablement, where she provides both strategic and functional leadership across key organizational initiatives, including new product development, system and process enhancements, pilot programs, and team training.

In her role, Brown provides both strategic and functional leadership across critical organizational initiatives designed to improve productivity, scalability, and profitability. She plays a central role in translating business needs into actionable solutions, driving the adoption of new systems and processes, and ensuring alignment between underwriting execution and broader platform capabilities.

Brown maintains second-level credit authority and closely monitors performance metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality credit outcomes. She is instrumental in shaping underwriting policy, refining procedures, and advancing team development, further strengthening Elite’s disciplined approach to transactional execution.

Before joining Elite, Brown spent time at CAN Capital as a Senior Underwriter, where she evaluated new and renewal applications, made data-driven credit decisions within established policy parameters, and supported deal structuring and negotiations. Earlier in her career, she held financial services roles at Cardon Healthcare Network and Security Finance Company, gaining broad experience across customer service, operations, and credit functions. Brown holds a double major in Marketing and Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Louisiana Tech University.

Hillary Foster

Hillary Foster | Funding Manager

Hillary Foster joined Elite in 2022 and currently serves as Funding Manager, where she oversees Elite’s funding operations, with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. She brings a strong foundation in documentation, healthcare administration, team leadership, streamlined processes, and effective cross-functional alignment.

In her role, she establishes clear performance standards while leading through hands-on development, including targeted training, and deal-level guidance. Her leadership approach emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and both individual and team growth, strengthening partner relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality funding experience.

Before joining Elite, Foster spent nearly 20 years as a financial coordinator, including in management and project roles. Her experience includes overseeing special projects and hospital coordination in the healthcare industry, where she strengthened her skills in compliance oversight, documentation management, and performance monitoring.

Michelle Rowell

Underwriting Manager

Michelle Rowell joined Elite in 2021 as Underwriting Manager, bringing more than a decade in finance experience, including time in the working capital sector. In her role, she oversees daily workflow, provides hands-on guidance to underwriters, and ensures consistent application of credit policy and quality standards.

Rowell leads efforts across training, quality assurance, and deal review, supporting both individual development and team-wide performance. Her ability to translate complex credit considerations into clear direction makes her a trusted resource across the organization. Her deep product expertise and strong credit background have positioned her as a key leader.

Prior to joining Elite, Michelle held senior underwriting roles for several years, gaining extensive experience evaluating credit applications, managing transactional pipelines, and supporting risk-focused decisions. Her dedication, leadership, and commitment to operational excellence have made her an integral part of Elite’s underwriting operation.
