Our Team
Eli Sethre
Eli Sethre was appointed President of Elite in 2026, where he leads the organization’s strategic direction and oversees day-to-day operations. In this role, Sethre focuses on strengthening operational performance, aligning resources, and advancing initiatives that position Elite for sustained growth and long-term success.
Prior to his appointment, Sethre served as Chief Financial Officer of Elite’s parent company, Channel, joining the leadership team in 2016. During his tenure, he played a key role in guiding financial strategy, supporting organizational expansion, and building the operational discipline that helped position the broader organization for continued growth.
Before joining Channel, Sethre was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of aFundia, a data analytics and modeling firm he established in 2014. Earlier in his career, he held multiple senior leadership roles at CAN Capital across Sales and Marketing, Finance and Business Planning, and Risk Analytics. In these positions, he was responsible for risk management, portfolio performance, scoring model development, and annual budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial and operational objectives were met.
Sethre graduated magna cum laude from Kennesaw State University and was selected as the 2004 University Scholar in Economics.
Chris Cainion
Chris Cainion was appointed Managing Director of Elie, where he leads underwriting, operations, and sales functions with strategic initiatives to drive meaningful business results. Prior to his appointment, Cainion joined the company in 2021 and most recently served as Vice President of Sales.
He focuses on strengthening credit performance, advancing operational efficiency, and guiding cross-functional teams to support sustainable growth. Drawing on deep experience across sales management, underwriting, and risk disciplines, he brings a balanced operational perspective that enables disciplined decision-making and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with partners and internal teams.
Prior to joining Elite, Cainion spent seven years at CAN Capital in a variety of sales management and collections leadership roles, where he helped drive portfolio performance and strengthen organizational processes. He brings experience from the credit card processing industry, having held key roles at WorldPay, Priority Payment Systems, and First Data.
David Switzer
David Switzer joined Elite in 2026 as Senior Vice President of Credit and Operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience building data-driven organizations across FinTech and consumer lending. In his role, he oversees credit and operational strategy, with a focus on strengthening underwriting discipline, advancing analytics capabilities, and enhancing end-to-end portfolio performance.
Prior to joining Elite, Switzer served as Vice President of Risk Analytics at Purchasing Power, where he led teams spanning Risk, Fraud Operations, and Portfolio Analytics. Before his time with Purchasing Power, he spent nearly a decade at LendingPoint as Senior Vice President of Analytics, where he led teams in analytics, business intelligence, big data platforms, and data pipelines. With a focus on actionable data, his innovations included real-time funnel alert systems, retention marketing, partner profitability optimization, and building/monetizing a 360-degree view of customers and their lifecycle. He is recognized for operating at the intersection of analytics, risk strategy, and operational execution, translating complex data into decisions that drive growth and protect portfolio performance.
Switzer earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Texas and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pepperdine University.
Kaitlyn Kasprzak
Kaitlyn Kasprzak joined Elite in 2024 as Vice President of Sales, bringing more than a decade of experience across sales, working capital, and operational leadership. Her diverse background and ability to adapt across functions have positioned her as a strong leader in driving partner growth and strengthening Elite’s market presence.
In her role, Kasprzak focuses on expanding production through partner onboarding, engagement, and targeted prospecting. She leads efforts to support the successful launch of new products and promotions, ensuring both internal teams and external partners are aligned for smooth implementation. Her combination of strategic focus, relationship-building skills, and operational understanding enables her to strengthen Elite’s network and advance key revenue-driving initiatives.
Before joining Elite, she spent several years at Lendio in sales leadership roles where she grew her expertise in partnership management while building and managing high-performing teams.
Robert Moskovitz
Robert Moskovitz serves as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he leads the company’s financial strategy with a focus on capital markets, liquidity, and long-term value creation. His work centers on aligning capital deployment with Elite’s growth objectives while maintaining a disciplined and flexible financial foundation.
Before joining Elite, Moskovitz served as Chief Financial Officer of Verdant Commercial Capital. Prior to that, he spent 14 years as Chief Financial Officer of LEAF Commercial Capital, where he played a key role in scaling the business, raising capital, and strengthening financial systems to support sustained growth.
An active voice in the equipment finance industry, Moskovitz is engaged in advocacy efforts related to tax reform, financial regulation, and lease accounting. He has worked with members and committees across Congress, the IRS, CFPB, and FASB. He also serves on the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association (ELFA) Board of Directors and its Federal Tax Committee.
Moskovitz earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.
Brian Tri
Brian Tri serves as Executive Vice President of Portfolio Servicing, responsible for portfolio management through ownership of the credit & collection policy, source & program review, and ongoing portfolio monitoring. Tri also oversees select aspects of operational risk management that could adversely impact portfolio performance.
Tri previously served 21 years at U.S. Bank, most recently as Senior Business Line Risk Manager for the wealth management and institutional investment division of U.S. Bank. He previously help various roles across U.S. Bank Equipment Finance, Global Corporate Trust, and Risk Management & Compliance. He spent four years as Director of Operations and then as Director of Sales for the community bank lease outsourcing program. Tri gained insights into the securitization market and trust administration in Global Structured Finance, with responsibility for the backup servicing product.
Tri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and finance from St. Olaf College.
Kristi Schon
Kristi serves as Chief Marketing Officer. In her current role, Schon leads brand innovation and strategic planning, spearheading all communication and creative initiatives to drive partner engagement, loyalty, and achieve sales and profitability objectives.
Schon brings 20 years of experience from the marketing agency sector to her role. Throughout her career, she has led top-tier marketing account teams for Fortune 500 consumer package goods companies across diverse retail and consumer categories. Her expertise spans traditional print and digital advertising, data-driven communication solutions, performance analytics, public relations, social media marketing, and more. She played a pivotal role in shaping and elevating brands for major retailers and companies, including Walmart, Target, Amazon, Hormel Foods Corporation, Nestle Nutrition, and Campbells Soup Company. Schon leverages her extensive marketing experience and forward-thinking approach to drive impactful results and foster meaningful partnerships with valued partners and customers.
Her commitment to the advancement of the equipment finance industry is evident through her active participation in Communications Committees for both ELFA and NEFA, the NEFA Conference Planning Committee, in addition to panel participation in various marketing webinars and education sessions across industry organizations.
Schon earned a Bachelor of Arts from the Journalism School at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
Mark Blais
Mark Blais serves as Chief Information Officer and is responsible for ensuring all technologies and resources deliver best-in-class industry solutions.
Previously, Blais has held senior technology leadership roles within companies including Digi-Key, Target, Veritas/Symantec, Questar, and Lasersonics, several of which operate in technology epicenters like Silicon Valley. His background leading enterprise development teams offers experience in varied industry verticals including 3D MRI, credit, scientific lasers, and multi-channel point of sales. Blais has led teams through the rapidity of change that technology frequently brings in both hardware and software.
Blais holds a Bachelor of Science degree in IT Management from the University of Phoenix and an Electronic Technology degree from Brown University
Troy Kepler
Troy Kepler currently serves as Corporate Counsel and oversees all legal and regulatory affairs, including corporate governance, company policies, contracts, labor and employment law, litigation, and corporate and regulatory compliance.
Previously, Kepler spent 14 years as Senior Corporate Counsel with U.S. Bank Equipment Finance where he managed the company’s litigation portfolio and advised on regulatory and compliance issues.
Kepler graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from North Dakota State University.
